Research Techniques
We have been learning about research techniques and what sort of information they can lead us to. There were many that I was initially unaware of but after a bit of googling and discussions with the gourp we came up with quite a few. In the most recent lesson we made aquestionaire as part of a group and handed out to the other groups to fill out. We then analysed the answers we got to see if this lead to the right information we needed to find out the answers to our selected questions and then we worked out the averages. This was interesting to see what sort of response we would get to our questionaire. The result came clear as using a scale gave us the most precise results to the answer, the least precise one was giving the person the option to write down their answers which were in some cases unclear and misleading. Some people were also just copying each other on this so friends infulences did not help which meant some of the answers from different people were all the same. I learnt a lot in this lesson and making these questionaires made me understand this part of the module a lot more clearer.
