TV Licencing
In the lecture, Keith had a brief discussion with us about how television licencing effects the way we watch it. We learnt that all the money we pay goes towards funding the BBC. But is that how it should be? That's the conclusion we were trying to come up with today, which made us think in depth about other channels and how they are funded and whether it is far. The majority of us said no because some people do not even watch BBC therefore so why should they be paying? The purpose of this question was to realise there are lots of arguments against this which made us all think and voice our own opinions which was interesting to see what other people though.
