In today's lesson we presented our fictional character Angelica Brooke. We showed the class her Twitter account but unfortunatly could not get onto her Facebook account as it had been blocked. due to Facebook rumbling her as not a real person. It was a good thing that it had been blocked because we got some emails of some people who weren't anybodys else's fictional characters but were infact random people from California who were asking to meet up with her and telling her that she looked good in her red dress and more innapropriate things like that. I did not really like the fact that we were meddling with real peoples pictures because it could end up causing some trouble. But the whole experience was quite fun and I have learned a lot about the ethical issues that are invloved with pretending to be someone else.
Here are the links to her Twitter account and her blog. I think the class did feel as if she was a fairly realistic person, however Angelica was meant to be realistic but living in a dream world.
